We are pleased to let you know that we will be reopening on Wednesday 2nd December in line with the recent Government Guidance. We look forward to see you very soon!

We would like to reassure clients of measures we have in place to keep you safe during your salon visit.

If you are feeling unwell, please do not enter the salon

All staff, clients and visitors to check in the NHS Test and Trace app when entering the building. Or will be invited to complete the contact details form.

• Clients temperature checked when arriving and invited to use hand sanitiser.
• Hand sanitiser available at all styling sections and reception.
• Staff will be wearing visors at all times and visors with face masks when servicing a client.
• Clients are expected to wear masks, following government guidelines.
• Clients will be invited to place their own coat in a sanitised box or plastic cover and remove themselves when leaving.
• Clients to wear disposable plastic gowns or normal gowns which are washed after each use.
• Staff will be wearing disposable plastic aprons when servicing a client
• All basins and chairs thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after each use.
• All styling sections thoroughly cleaned and sanitised after each client.
• Only use the designated active shampoo basins and styling sections to keep to social distancing.
• Towels washed at 60 degrees.
• Clients toilets cleaned after each use.
• Card machine cleaned with anti-bac wipe after each use.
• Only one client at a time at the reception desk.
• Limited number of staff at any one time in the salon hotspots such as the staff room or dispensary.
• Salon one-way system in place.
• Clients are invited to bring in their own Travel Mug to receive hot drinks otherwise no hot drinks are available, just water, squash.
• Clients are invited to bring in their own reading materials as no magazines will be offered.
